Submitting a Notice of Infringement

A written notice to our designated agent must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the site
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

Scillan may remove content and terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
