SCILLAN offers multiple-entity pricing for clients managing two or more Texas entities. Registered-agent discounts apply to eligible additional entities, and certain separately purchased SCILLAN services may also qualify for reduced service fees.

Entities 2-4: $152.15/year per additional entity (15% off $179)
Five or more entities: Custom quote based on entity count and requested services
Eligible add-on services: Up to 15% off eligible SCILLAN service fees when approved
Government, expedited, courier and third-party fees are not discounted
Discounts cannot be combined unless approved by SCILLAN
