Registered agent service is $149 per year and includes service of process acceptance, secure digital document delivery, compliance notifications, and state correspondence management.
Yes. A change of registered agent filing is $99 plus the state fee, and we prepare and submit the filing for you.

It is a state-issued document confirming your entity is active and current on its filings. Banks, lenders, and other states often request it. We obtain it for $75 plus the state fee.
In most cases, yes. Entity reinstatement starts at $399 plus state fees and typically requires past-due filings and fees to be brought current.
