Registered Agent Service Provider Disclosure
Registered-agent coverage is provided through SCILLAN’s designated registered-agent service provider. The designated provider may appear as the registered agent on the entity’s official Texas Secretary of State record. SCILLAN remains the client’s primary point of contact for account support, compliance notifications, secure document access, and separately purchased SCILLAN business services.
- Membership pricing is $179 annually and covers one Texas entity.
- Each additional entity requires a separate membership, subject to applicable multiple-entity pricing.
- Government filing fees, expedited-processing charges, courier costs, taxes, penalties, and third-party expenses are additional.
- The membership automatically renews annually until canceled in accordance with SCILLAN’s service terms.
- Cancellation of the SCILLAN membership does not automatically remove or replace the registered agent shown on the entity’s public record.
- The client remains responsible for appointing a replacement registered agent and completing any required Texas filing before registered-agent coverage can be terminated.
